Kunama has been engaged to develop and sell the ‘Clarence Heights’ subdivision. This exciting new subdivision will set a new standard for homes in Clarendon Vale. The subdivision will comprise of 412 lots, including two hectares of open space (inc. parkways and a public soccer oval) and a commercial precinct. It also offers views of Mt. Wellington, the River Derwent and Ralphs Bay.

We want to create exceptional homes for great prices. That’s why we will be building the houses and selling a finished product to the market. This way, we can control the quality of the homes and ensure they are built to the highest standard.
